Prefabricated premium balconies

We have been developing a system of prefabricated balconies for 15 years. Today we have premium class balconies that we can design per customer request.

for loads up to 400 kg/m2 (according to Eurocode 1 and Eurocode 3)
dimensions: no restrictions
construction: steel S235, S355
finishing: hot-dip galvanized + painted with polyurethane paint
floor: wood, ceramics, natural stone, decking…
ceiling: cement composite panels, aluminum panels…
fence: hot-dip galvanized + painted with polyurethane paint, design per request
option: drainage system (no need for drip sills and no water flowing into the yard)

Aa we provide the turnkey system, we provide complete static calculation, installation of a balcony, demolition of a wall and installation of new carpentry. Installation takes 3-4 days for e.g. 5 balconies in the vertical. We do the installation all over Europe.
